''Cuko sauce'' to eat Pempek.

Liquid sauce to eat food ''Pempek'' called ''CUKO sauce''. Eat ''Pempek'' without Cuko sauce will taste less delicious, but if we take ''Pempek and Cuko sauce'', the taste will very tasty. Prove it!

How do I make it?
The trick as follows:
INGREDIENTS:
* 500 grams of brown sugar or dark brown sugar.
* 50 grams tamarind.
* 4 teaspoons white vinegar or vinegar to eat.
* 5 cups water.
* 5-8 cloves of garlic in small pieces or puree.
* 2 tablespoons small shrimp that has been in the puree and the dry.
* 20-30 cayenne pepper in the puree.
* 1-2 teaspoons salt.

Method:
Boil the water and brown sugar, tamarind, water, and vinegar to eat with a small fire.
After the sugar dissolves,then in the filter,and strain the sauce to the mix with onions that have been in the puree, then mix in small delicate shrimp and dried, chili and salt to taste, then simmer again just a few minutes.
And now has finished in cooked sauces.
Stir the sauce every time we will eat ''Pempek''.
