Burgo (Preferred food in the Indonesian)1

This food is not pempek,but the food is famous in the city of Palembang city in indonesian.

Ingredients:
* 250 gr rice flour.
* 50 tapioca.
* 250 ml boiling water.
* 500 ml cold water.
* 500 ml coconut milk.
* 3 bay leaves.
* salt to taste.
* 250 grams of boiled fish and the puree then remove the bones. fried onions to taste.

Process ingredients:
Blend 1 / 2 tablespoons coriandrum sativum, 2 alpinia galanga, 2 kaempferia galanga ,and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, salt 1 / 2 tablespoon.

How to Make:
1. Brewed some rice flour with 250 ml of boiling water and stir until blended.
2. Add remaining rice flour, tapioca, salt, and cold water.
3. Stir until the dough.
4. then print the dough into thin sheets and in rolls and then cut into pieces.
5. Boil seasoning that has been in the puree with coconut milk, put bay leaves and fish meat that has been in the puree.
