Ingredients: 
~1 ½ pounds chicken. 
~12 cups coconut milk from 3 coconuts.
~2 seed kandis acid(kandis=garcinia xanthochymus). 
~1 stalk lemongrass.
~ 1 sheet turmeric leaf.
~ 2 kaffir lime leaves. 
~Salt to taste. 
Puree:
~ 1 ounce of red pepper.
 ~15 pieces of red onion. 
~6 cloves garlic. 
~5 pieces of pecan. 
Mixed with ginger 2 cm,laos 3 cm(alpinia galanga/greater galangal).
 How to make: 
*Chicken cut into pieces. coconut milk boiled with herbs that have been in the puree, add leaf kandis acid and seed kandis acid(kandis =garcinia xanthochymus). 
* Stir continuously until thickened for santannya not broken. if it has issued oil, add chicken pieces.
