Ingredients:
* 1 piece of foot cow / buffalo. 
* 4 cups coconut milk from a coconut.
* 1 sheet turmeric leaf.
* 2 lime leaves.
* 2 pieces kandis acid(garcinia xanthochymus).
* 1 stalk lemongrass.
 Puree:
 1 ounce red chili. 10 pieces of red onion. 5 cloves of garlic. 6 hazelnuts. 1 cm turmeric. 2 cm galangal. salt to taste.
 How to make:
 ~ Clean cow leg, cut into pieces, and simmer until tender. 
~ Remove bones and cut into pieces of meat such kikil/chops. 
~ Boil coconut milk with other spices, add meat kikil / chops, cook until thickened coconut milk and oily. 
Once cooked ready to serve.
