Dos Pempek

Pempek dos called because when the fry are usually issued a blast rang ''dos..dos..dos..'' So be careful when we fry, because of the hot cooking oil can squirt with skin and if not careful.
But pempek is also very good.

MATERIAL:
1. pempek basic dough,but DO NOT USE THE FISH, just use Tapioca flour alone.
