INGREDIENTS:
* basic dough recipe pempek.
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Shape dough pempek like pieces of wood (round and long).
2. Boil until cooked floating and then chill.
variation of this is pempek pempek sausage, but it looks like pempek lenjer, but sausage wrapped in dough pempek.
How to cook and serve it the same as above. Please try.
