MATERIAL:
*  ½ recipe basic dough pempek.
*  ½ teaspoon baking soda. 
* 200 grams of minced fish skin (scales removed).
*  100 grams of noodles.
* cucumber slices and cuko sauce.
 HOW TO MAKE:
 1. Combine basic dough pempek, baking soda. Leather which has been chopped. 
 
2. Stir until all mixed.
 3. In a round shape, rounded thin.
 4. Fry until cooked and serve with sauce cuko.
 Tip: If you want more soft, add eggs 2-3 eggs, beaten and put in the dough.
