Grilled or Roasted Pempek

INGREDIENTS:
½ pempek basic dough recipe and 1 teaspoon baking soda.

Method:
1. Mix dough with baking soda pempek ago in a round flat shape.

2. Bake in the coals until browned.

3. If no grill, use a non-stick frying pan (Teflon), close the pan and cook over low heat until cooked.

4. Serve with cuko sauce, or pempek in the split second from the side, the contents of soy sauce which is mixed a little cayenne pepper and a sprinkling of finely powdered dried shrimp.

And enjoy.
